If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via a link sent to your registered email address. This only applies to accounts that use email and password sign-in. Phone-only accounts use OTP and do not have a password to reset.
Steps to reset your password
Open the Sign In screen
Go to app.sorosokegpl.com or open the Android app and tap Sign In.Select the Email tab
Choose the Email tab on the sign-in screen.Tap "Forgot password?"
Tap the Forgot password? link below the password field. A bottom sheet will appear.Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your account and tap Send Reset Link.Check your inbox
Open the email from SoroSoke with the subject "Reset your password". The link is valid for 1 hour. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.Click the reset link
Clicking the link opens the SoroSoke app or web version on a Set a new password screen.Enter and confirm your new password
Choose a strong password of at least 8 characters and tap Update Password.
Reset email not arriving
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the exact email address used to sign up.
- Wait up to 5 minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Try the request again after 10 minutes if it still hasn't arrived.
Can't access your email account?
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us at support@sorosokegpl.com with proof of identity. We will verify your account manually and help you regain access.
Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password across multiple services.
