You can create a SoroSoke account using your email address. This gives you the option to sign in with your email and a password of your choice.
How to sign up with email
Open SoroSoke and tap Get Started or Sign Up.
Select Sign up with Email.
Enter your full name, email address, and choose a password (at least 8 characters).
Choose a username. Check availability in real time.
Tap Create Account. A verification email will be sent to your inbox.
Open the email and click the Confirm your email link.
Return to the app — you are now signed in and can complete your profile.
Email verification
Email verification is required to fully activate your account. Until verified, some features may be limited. If you didn't receive the verification email:
- Check your spam/junk/promotions folder.
- In the app, go to Settings — a banner will appear prompting you to resend the verification email.
- Ensure you typed your email address correctly during sign-up.
Email address requirements
- Must be a valid, working email address in the format
name@domain.com. - Each email address can only be associated with one SoroSoke account.
- Disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted.
Changing your email address
Go to Settings → Profile → Edit Profile to update your email address. You will need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
If you previously signed up with a phone number, you can add your email address in Settings → Profile to enable email sign-in as an additional option.
