- Your S-Points balance has changed unexpectedly.
- You are suddenly signed out of the app without signing out yourself.
- Friends report receiving strange messages from your account.
What to do immediately
Change your password
If you can still sign in, go immediately to reset your password. Choose a strong, entirely new password.Sign out of all sessions
Go to Settings → Sign Out. This terminates all active sessions on other devices.Review recent activity
Check your posts, comments, messages, and S-Points history for anything suspicious and delete unauthorised content.Check your email and phone settings
Verify that your registered email and phone number in Settings → Profile still match your own accounts. If they've been changed, update them immediately.Contact support
Email support@sorosokegpl.com with the subject "Compromised Account". Describe what happened so our team can investigate and flag the account if necessary.
If you can't sign in
If the attacker has already changed your password, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen to request a reset link to your email, or contact support directly for manual account recovery.
The faster you respond, the less damage an attacker can do. Prioritise changing your password and contacting support within the first hour of noticing suspicious activity.
