SoroSoke may suspend an account temporarily or permanently if it violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. Suspension is a measure to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.
Why an account may be suspended
- Posting content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Harassment, threats, or cyberbullying of other users.
- Creating fake or impersonation accounts.
- Spreading deliberate misinformation at scale.
- Spamming — sending bulk unsolicited messages or posting repetitive promotional content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Using automated bots or scripts to inflate engagement.
- Providing false information during account registration.
What happens when your account is suspended
A suspended account loses the ability to post, comment, like, send messages, or use any active features of the platform. Your profile may become invisible to other users. You will see a notification the next time you try to sign in explaining the reason for the suspension.
Temporary vs. permanent suspension
Temporary suspensions last for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 30 days) after which your account is automatically restored. They are applied for first-time or minor violations.
Permanent suspensions are applied for severe or repeated violations and cannot be reversed through a standard appeal.
How to appeal a suspension
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you can appeal by contacting our support team:
- Email support@sorosokegpl.com with the subject line "Account Suspension Appeal".
- Include your registered phone number or email address and your @username.
- Explain why you believe the suspension was made in error.
Appeals are reviewed within 5–10 business days. We will notify you of the outcome by email.
Attempting to circumvent a suspension by registering a new account is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent action against all associated accounts.
