Deleting your account removes your profile, all content, all S-Points, follower relationships, and all associated personal data. You will be signed out and will not be able to recover any data.
How to delete your account
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar (Android/iOS) or left sidebar (web).Tap "Delete Contents & Account"
Scroll down and tap the red Delete Contents & Account option.Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the Delete Account row. A warning dialog will appear explaining the consequences.Confirm your intent
In the dialog, tap Delete my account to proceed to identity verification.Verify your identity
• Email accounts: enter your current password in the field provided.
• Phone-only accounts: tap Send code — a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the code and tap Verify.Account deleted
Once verified, your account is permanently closed. You will be redirected to the Welcome screen.
What is deleted
- Profile (name, handle, photo, bio)
- All posts, comments, and reactions
- All direct messages
- S-Points balance and history
- Follower and following relationships
- Referral records
- Login credentials (email and/or phone)
- Company profile (if created)
Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes per our Privacy Policy.
Can't access your account?
If you are locked out and cannot complete the deletion steps, email support@sorosokegpl.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered phone number or email and your @username. We process manual deletion requests within 14 business days.
